REPTILE SHOWS
Please enter in all necessary information in the fields to
the left. Please also be sure to be clear on when you would
like the show, and for how long (standard time is 1 hour;
longer shows can be arranged). Also, please give us some idea
on the type of event we will be attending (birthday party,
daycare, school, retirement centre, scout meeting, etc.),
and if you have any special themes so that we can do our best
to exceed your expectations.
We are flexible and can also
include spiders, scorpions, fuzzies, etc. to our show, depending
upon animal availability. Please note that we do have to work
around reptile feedings, sheds, and nesting/babies, which
may impact their readiness.
We will contact you directly
to work out the details, and to confirm the booking. Please
note that it is our policy that the show must be paid in full
prior to showtime. Our staff are always available to assist.

ONLINE ORDERS
While we recommend visiting our store for
personalized customer service from our staff, we will do our
best to accommodate customers who are unable to drop by. Please
note that we are a small, independent family business and
not a dedicated internet retail corporation, so we apologize
up-front if shopping online with us is not quite as developed
as we both would like. Please let us know your suggestions
so that we can grow to serve you better.
We offer many products from a variety of suppliers. Please
see the LINKS page for some of the major brands we regularly
stock. We also can do special orders, assuming that the item
is available. We want to make you happy buying from us, but
please be patient if at times our suppliers have items on
backorder, which can frustrate us all. Note that all online
orders must be paid in full prior to us shipping to you. (No
C.O.D.) Also, please be sure to check out the SALE
ITEMS page for some great deals.

Please be as clear as you can as to what you are interested in ordering, and our staff will promptly contact you to discuss
availability, pricing, etc. and to answer any questions. Shipping
will be through UPS/FedEx, and we will provide an estimate
of the costs prior to processing your order. Please note that
some items such as livestock and certain feeders may not be
possible to deliver.
We are obligated to collect PST/GST
for Ontario residents. Out-of-province taxes and compliance
to local bylaws are the responsibility of the customer, and
not Green Earth Exotics. |
